Song lyrics that are supposed to be poetic

Hi! This is for the lyrics homework we have to do. I'm having trouble deciding which song to use, so I'll post both :P. Here is the lyrics to Map of the Problematique by Muse and What I've Done by Linkin Park.

It sounds kind of weird without the music, but it'll make sense with it: Map of the Problematique-Muse

The lyrics say "saw" instead of "sow" in the video, but I'm certain that it's sow. You can even hear that.
